Do I need a reservation for self-service?
Visit the laundromat to do your own laundry. If you need information before arriving, give us a call.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and major credit cards. Ask our team how to activate the machine you’ll be using.
What is the latest time I can start a wash?
Last wash is at 8:00 p.m. every day. Holiday hours may vary.

Can’t make it to WASHIT? We offer laundry pickup and delivery in San Juan. Book online and leave the washing to us.
How does pickup & delivery work?
Schedule a pickup on washitpr.com — click the scheduling button and you'll go to our CleanCloud platform, where you create a profile with your name, address, phone, email, and credit card, plus your order details (number of bags, detergent preferences). We pick up your laundry, weigh it, wash and fold it, and deliver it back to you.
How much does it cost?
Wash & fold is $2.59 per pound, plus a $9.95 delivery fee. There is a 5 lb minimum per order.
How do I schedule a pickup?
Go to washitpr.com and click the button to schedule a pickup. You can schedule up to 24 hours in advance. For regular pickup with next-day delivery, schedule the day before. For same-day pickup and delivery, please call us.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the greater San Juan metropolitan area: San Juan, Santurce, Miramar, Condado, and Hato Rey.
What time do you pick up?
Pickups run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
When will I get my laundry back?
Standard turnaround is next day. Same-day delivery is possible as long as the pickup is coordinated the day before — we pick up early and deliver late in the afternoon.
How do I pay?
Your card on file is charged at weigh-in, once we've received and weighed your order. If your card is declined, we'll contact you to arrange an alternate payment method.
Do I need a bag?
Use your own bag for the pickup — we don't provide pickup bags. Your clean laundry comes back in fresh bags from us.
What detergents do you use?
We offer the same detergent options as in store, including ECOS and All Free & Clear for sensitive skin, plus Tide, Gain, and Arm & Hammer, with softeners such as Suavitel, Downy, and Gain. You can also send your own detergent with your laundry.
What items can I include in my pickup & delivery order?
Beyond your everyday clothes, we wash comforters, linens, towels, bathroom curtains, bathroom towels, and bathroom rugs, plus kitchen rugs. We don't wash area rugs.
Is this service for businesses too?
Pickup & delivery as described here is for residential and personal use. Commercial accounts — including Airbnb and small hotels — have different terms based on volume and pickup location. Call us at 787-633-6363 and we'll talk it through with you.
What if I miss my pickup or need to reschedule?
There is a $9.95 rescheduling fee, including no-shows — when a pickup was coordinated and there was nothing to pick up.
What if something needs to be re-washed?
Re-washes are free. Just let us know.
What if an item is lost or damaged?
Our service is priced by weight, not by item, and we don't keep an inventory of the contents of your bags — so we're not responsible for the contents of the bags.
How do I know the status of my order?
You'll get an email confirmation and text message updates. WhatsApp updates are in the works.
